Tekonsha 4-Pole Hardwire Kit Installation - 2007 Hummer H3- Video
Today on our 2007 Hummer H3 we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Tekonsha four pole hardwire kit with circuit tester.Here's what our wiring's going to look like once we have it installed. Now it is going to live on the outside of her Hummer right by our hitch so it'll be ready when we want to hook up. It's going to provide us with a four pole flat trailer connector so we have all the required lights to get down the road safely, like our taillights, our turn signals, and our brake lights.Our kit is going to be hardwired into the trailer wiring that's already on our hummer. There should be four wires just like these that are just going to be tucked up underneath the bumper, then we can attach these two. Our kit is going to come with all the necessary hardware to get it in place, like quick splice connectors as well as a tester so we can test and verify all of our wiring.When we do go to install this, we'll have more than enough wire to go from our factory wire underneath to our hitch because we're going to get a total of six feet of four pole wire. But now that we've seen the end result, let's show you how to get it installed.To begin our installation, we're gonna come to the back of our H3 and we're going to want to go underneath just forward of where our muffler is. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2006 Hummer H3- Video
Today on our 2006 Hummer H3 we will be adding the Draw-Tite 4 Pole Hard Wire Kit Part Number 18252. Now to begin our install we'll first need to remove the rear tail light assemblies. Each tail light assembly is secured to the body with 2 screws, then 2 alignment pins. As you remove the tail light assembly from the body be careful not to break the alignment pins underneath. With that out, you can see the 2 alignment pins. With the passenger's side done, we repeat the same process on the driver's side. more
